“We had a wonderful stay at Domo 20 and truly enjoyed all. The staff was so friendly, attentive, and welcoming, especially the team at the reception who made us feel comfortable from the very beginning. Their hospitality and willingness to help with everything really stood out. The hotel also offers a big garage parking area, which was very convenient. The location is excellent for visiting nearby bigger towns and exploring the area comfortably. One of the highlights was definitely the breathtaking view of Mount Vesuvius and the beautiful sunsets.”
“This hotel is very cozy with beautiful views. The staff are all friendly and helpful, and they speak good English. There's a free shuttle bus service. They helped us call a taxi, prepare packed breakfasts, and the room cleaning was always prompt. Highly recommended! BTW, the cake at breakfast looked like a combination of cheesecake and chiffon cake, and it seemed to contain apple pieces. It was absolutely delicious!”
“I wish I could rate this place more than 5 stars! The hotel location and view were incredible, the room was lovely, the breakfast and coffee was excellent, but the staff really shined. Carlos and Mario from the front desk were pleasant, thoughtful and accommodating. They truly went above and beyond to organize transfers to and from Naples while we were traveling, thought to pack us a breakfast if we were leaving too early for the hotel's breakfast, and made it work to get us to and from the Vico Equense train station whenever we needed. I can't speak highly enough of this hotel!! Would absolutely recommend and hope to return!”
